Richen Attorneys Inc. (“RA”), a firm based in Randburg Gauteng, is an ambitious and dynamic firm holding a successful history of operations under the guidance and management of Prashanta Richen. Richen Attorneys was established by Prashanta in 2015 and prides itself in being a 100% female owned and operated Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) entity, and is recognised by Standard Bank Top Women as one of South Africa’s Top Gender Empowered Companies

In order to further develop the RA mission and uphold its dedication to client satisfaction, RA started to refer its conveyancing work to MLS (a former member of the TLi Group) where Ronel Jacobs (a senior conveyancer with extensive experience in developments and bonds) and her team assisted in the procurement of exceptionally profitable conveyancing work from RA’s clients. RA and MLS have gradually built a synergistic business relationship where the firms collaborate in providing excellent property law services for various RA clients (including developers).
